The Academic Center of Excellence was founded by a current physician and former teacher who believes that education, empowerment and excellence are the keys to life. The institution was founded on these principles and focuses on the individual development of each and every student to help them achieve goals they may have previously considered unattainable.
The Academic Center of Excellence is an institution which strives to provide an environment conducive to the success of each student in order to assist them in reaching their full potential. We encourage and assist students to set high standards for themselves and subsequently help them to reach their exceptional levels of achievement by providing a stimulating, challenging and comprehensive program of study. We believe that this will equip students with an immense level of knowledge and skills, resulting in a superior level of self confidence. Students who matriculate through one of our programs will accept and welcome the challenges faced when entering higher levels of education and/or careers and subsequently excel among their peers.
We emphasize the importance of education by utilizing the skills of only the highest trained instructors, development of a rigorous curriculum and exposure to multiple hands on experiences in their field of interest. We empower students by allowing them to demonstrate their skills in mock environments which mimic and often exceed the intensity of real life situations. We have an expectation of excellence for each and every student and we instill the pertinence of high self expectations. We also focus on the entire individual and incorporate personal, professional, social as well as career development in our instructional programs. We believe that this will help to develop high achieving students that will be successful in their future endeavors.
